Root Harvest
Mature cassava and sweet potato roots are uprooted at 10–12 months, washed, and peeled to remove the outer skin and reduce cyanide content.

Chipping & Drying
Roots are mechanically chipped into uniform pieces and sun-dried or mechanically dried to below 14% moisture for stable storage and shipping.

Grading & Export Packing
Chips are sieved to remove dust and fines, graded by size and moisture, then packed in jumbo or woven bags for bulk export.
