How it is produced
No.1 Jasmine Rice
1
Fertile Plain Cultivation
Jasmine rice is grown in the alluvial plains of Battambang using traditional wet-paddy methods and natural Mekong-basin water.
2
Harvest & Threshing
Paddy is harvested at optimal moisture to preserve aroma, then threshed and dried carefully to avoid cracking the slender grains.
3
Milling & Grading
Rice is milled to remove husk and bran, then optically sorted to export grade — long, whole, unbroken grains with full fragrance.
